FAQs
Here are some frequently asked questions that may further help you in decision making.
What does "Sharing, Quint, Quad, Triple and Double" mean?
The terms "Sharing, Quint, Quad, Triple, and Double" refer to the types of room occupancy and the number of people sharing a room. Here's what each term typically means: Sharing: This term generally means that the room will be shared with other people, generally with 5-6 people. It implies a cost-effective option where the room is shared among multiple travelers to reduce expenses. Quint: This refers to a room shared by five people. The term "quint" comes from the Latin word for five. Quad: This means that the room is shared by four people. The term "quad" is derived from the Latin word for four. Triple: This indicates that the room is shared by three people. The term "triple" signifies three occupants. Double: This refers to a room shared by two people. The term "double" means that there are two occupants in the room. If one buys a Double or a Triple room but the room in actual has more beds then all the extra beds will remain unoccupied until his reservation period.
What are the benefits of Traveling with the group?
Traveling with a group for an Umrah trip provides numerous benefits, such as assistance and support, convenience and organization, cost-effectiveness, and ease of communication. Groups with a dedicated guide offer a comprehensive, supportive, and enriching experience that can significantly enhance the spiritual journey.
What are the payment terms?
All payments are required in advance. However, if you are booking for a group of more than 10 passengers at least two months in advance, you can pay 40% upfront, with the remaining balance due 15 days before travel. Additionally, all transactions must be made through the company's bank account, as cash transactions are not permitted.
What assurances can you provide to help me feel confident in choosing your services?
To ensure reliability, we prioritize several key areas: clear communication, relentless customer support, secure transactions, and fair policies. If you prefer, you can visit our office in person. If you live far away, you can send a relative to visit on your behalf, or request contact details for our nearest Umrah Consultant. Additionally, we can connect you with one of our valued customers from your area so you can discuss the quality of our services in detail.
Do all of your groups have a dedicated guide?
No, we offer a variety of group options, some with a dedicated guide and some without. Groups with a dedicated guide cost a bit more, so most groups do not include one. However, our 24/7 customer support ensures that the lack of a dedicated guide does not significantly impact your experience. Essentially, the primary difference is that the guide accompanies the group during the Umrah rituals. Otherwise, both options receive the same level of management and support, ensuring a comfortable tour for all our clients.
