What are the benefits of Traveling with the group?

Traveling with a group for an Umrah trip provides numerous benefits, such as assistance and support, convenience and organization, cost-effectiveness, and ease of communication. Groups with a dedicated guide offer a comprehensive, supportive, and enriching experience that can significantly enhance the spiritual journey.

5

What are the payment terms?

All payments are required in advance. However, if you are booking for a group of more than 10 passengers at least two months in advance, you can pay 40% upfront, with the remaining balance due 15 days before travel. Additionally, all transactions must be made through the company's bank account, as cash transactions are not permitted.

7

How do you ensure a timely check-in?

Check-in time is 14:00 hours, but if passengers arrive earlier, our priority is to arrange an early check-in if rooms are available. If not, we will securely store their belongings and they can proceed to perform Umrah. Typically, the rooms will be ready upon their return from Umrah. Passengers who wish to guarantee an early check-in, even if they arrive as early as 08:00 hours, can book the previous night for an additional charge. Please understand that this practice is standard managerial procedure and is not intended to be inconvenient.

9

What should I do in case of an emergency during Umrah?

Additionally, it is important to keep emergency contact numbers accessible and follow the instructions provided by our team and local authorities.

Some hotels listed here show greater distances compared to those described in other companies' packages. Could there be discrepancies in the actual distances?

Yes, we've noticed that some hotels are marketed with inaccurate information, particularly regarding distances. This issue arises due to market competition, unethical practices, and a number of clients overlooking the correlation between facilities and prices. For instance, a travel agent may offer a package at price X and state the hotel distance as 900 meters. When the client visits another agent, they might offer the same package at the same price X but claim the distance is 800 meters. A third agent, aware that the client has already consulted others, might then offer the package at the same price X but state the distance as 700 meters. Consequently, the client chooses the third agent's package. In response, the first agent might start advertising the distance as 800 meters instead of 900 meters to remain competitive, perpetuating this misleading practice. Therefore, it's essential to conduct thorough research before making a purchase decision to ensure accurate information and better decision-making.

2

What assurances can you provide to help me feel confident in choosing your services?

To ensure reliability, we prioritize several key areas: clear communication, relentless customer support, secure transactions, and fair policies. If you prefer, you can visit our office in person. If you live far away, you can send a relative to visit on your behalf, or request contact details for our nearest Umrah Consultant. Additionally, we can connect you with one of our valued customers from your area so you can discuss the quality of our services in detail.

4

Do all of your groups have a dedicated guide?

No, we offer a variety of group options, some with a dedicated guide and some without. Groups with a dedicated guide cost a bit more, so most groups do not include one. However, our 24/7 customer support ensures that the lack of a dedicated guide does not significantly impact your experience. Essentially, the primary difference is that the guide accompanies the group during the Umrah rituals. Otherwise, both options receive the same level of management and support, ensuring a comfortable tour for all our clients.

6

What if a passenger need to cancel his booking?

Visas and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Therefore, if the visa process has begun or the ticket has been issued, no refunds will be provided for these items. However, all other expenses, such as accommodation and ziarat, will be refunded. If the ticket has not been issued and the visa process has not started, the entire amount will be refunded.

8

Can women perform Umrah without a Mahram (male guardian)?

According to Saudi regulations, women under 45 years of age are required to travel with a Mahram for Umrah. Women over 45 years of age may travel in an organized group, providing they submit a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Mahram.

10

Do you consistently provide the same hotels for the group as advertised?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the advertised hotels are provided. However, if a particular hotel becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make a suitable adjustment by arranging alternative accommodation that is of equal or better quality and within a similar distance.

12

Is it possible that the group I selected is already fully booked?

Yes, this is possible, but the key is how we handle such situations. With many clients booking packages at different counters, it may take some time for our IT team to update the portal, leading to the possibility of a group being fully booked. However, once our team confirms your booking and advises you to make the payment, and you have paid, we will ensure you travel with the same group. If we are unable to accommodate you, we will provide alternative options on the same day. Should you find these alternatives unacceptable, we will issue a full refund.

14

Could you please clarify from which points the hotel distances described by the agents are measured?

Hotel distances are measured from the entrance of the hotel to the beginning of the courtyard of either Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi.
